How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–11 business days, bringing the total estimated delivery time to 4–14 business days, depending on your location. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Full details can be found in our Return & Refund Policy.

How do I return an item? Simply contact our customer support team at Info@charlestonmode.com and we'll send you step-by-step instructions. We'll walk you through everything. Just keep in mind that return shipping costs are on you — unless we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged. In that case, we've got it covered. How long does a refund take? Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as it's complete. Can I cancel my order? Changed your mind? You've got 15 minutes after placing your order to cancel, unless your order has already been fulfilled. After that, our system kicks in automatically and we're unable to make changes. If you need help, reach out to us right away at Info@charlestonmode.com — we'll do our best.

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item? Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Info@charlestonmode.com within 30 days of delivery, including a photo of the item and your order number. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a voucher, refund, or replacement.
